Adult Education & Literacy Program

The purpose of the Adult Education and Literacy Program is to inspire and enable all adults, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. Adults enroll to seek employment, advance on the job, pursue a college education, and/or for personal enrichment. All classes and instructional materials used in the classroom are also available free of charge. Classes are available in Navarro, Ellis, and Kaufman counties.

Whether you’re here to get a better job, earn more money at work, learn English, go to college, or finish your high school diploma, NC Adult Education is here to make it possible.
